




















Uche Ezichi is the founder of Aceeva (pronouced Achiever), an organisation committed to empowering students to become irresistible to employers and equipping young professionals with the skills and knowledge to help them attain executive positions by the age of 35.
Uche's goal is to help individuals learn the fundamentals of personal and career success as early in their career as possible and to equip them with the necessary skills and confidence to become successful. His philosophy is simple; everyone has been endowed with the seeds of greatness and if nurtured has the potential to become a high achiever.
He graduated from University of Bristol with a BSc in Economics and Finance, is a qualified life and career coach and is currently completing an executive MSc in Coaching and Behavioural Change at the Henley Business School.
He started his career in the corporate banking arm of HSBC Bank Plc before moving to investment banking, and within six months of starting began climbing the corporate ladder with a series of promotions.
After four and a half years in investment banking, he decided it was time to focus on his desire to develop students and young professionals and he joined the Goldman Sachs Human Resource division, where he was a member of the Global Leadership and Diversity team responsible for leadership development, workforce diversity and diversity recruiting. He has also worked in Morgan Stanley where he spearheaded a few diversity recruiting and development initiatives. He currently manages a number of the career programmes for the Sponsors for Educational Opportunities (SEO), of which he is an alumni. At SEO, he is partly responsible for their recruiting strategy and actively involved in career coaching and training.
Over the years, Uche has coached numerous students and young professionals on turning their career aspirations into reality and has helped many achieve their goals much faster than they otherwise would have on their own.
He is a passionate speaker who leaves his audiences "Inspired to succeed"; he is also the author of the book ‘Your Career, Your Responsibility: The road map to internship and early career success’, in addition to other development products
