Neil is a portfolio manager for the Morgan Stanley Alternative Investment Partners Private Equity Fund of Funds group and leads EMEA investment activities from the London office. He joined Morgan Stanley AIP in 2007 and has 21 years of industry experience. Prior to joining the firm, Neil was a Partner at McKinsey & Company working with corporate and private equity clients in Europe, North America and Asia on strategy, performance improvement, mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. Previously, he worked for Arthur Andersen providing audit, corporate finance and financial advisory services. Neil received an M.A. with first class honours in economics and accounting from the University of Edinburgh and an M.B.A. with honours in finance and strategy from the University of Chicago. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland and holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation.
