




















Mark Howden started working in Equities straight from the University of Cambridge where he secured a 1st in Economics. From 1994 to 2000 he sold US Equities for boutique research house BBH before moving to Goldman Sachs. At GS Mark sold US Equities before setting up the Global Consumer Specialist sales offer in 2002. He moved to Lehman Brothers to sell Global Consumer in 2005, becoming Head of Consumer in 2008. He stayed with Nomura when they bought Lehman's European business from bankruptcy and became an MD in 2010. He runs the Consumer Industry Group for Nomura and participates actively in Nomura's recruitment efforts. Outside work Mark is a passionate Arsenal fan, average football coach, and below average pool player. He is also very keen on Apple Pie.
